Royalty-free Licensing
Fee Structure

Thank you for your interest in licensing our Sphaeres VR Experiences (VRX) for your business. Royalty-free license fees for the Sphaeres VRX are based on the number of clips/scenes, total running time and production value (image quality, resolution, camera system, added voice-over, etc.) of each VRX.

If you just need content for your product or service and are fine with having our Sphaeres branding at the beginning and end (credits) of the VR Experiences and you like the audio that we use for the Sphaeres, then the STARTER LICENSE (Original VRX) is your choice. If you want to use different audio instead of the audio that comes with the original VRX then you should select the BUSINESS LICENSE (Change Audio). If you want to remove our Sphaeres VR branding at the beginning and in the credits of the VRX then you require the ENTERPRISE LICENSE (Change Audio & Branding/Whitelabel).

Following are the royalty-free, one-time license fees for worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive use of the Sphaeres VR Experiences, depending on the level of desired changes - Original, Change Audio and Whitelabel. For 3 and more of our Sphaeres VR Experiences we offer volume discounts which you will find below the table together with some more information about music licenses and review samples.

Volume Discounts For Multiple VRX

The above annual license price table is based on 1 VRX. The price for 2 VRX is double the price of 1 VRX. From 3 VRX onwards the following value pack discounts come into effect:

• 3+ VRX = 10% discount
• 5+ VRX = 15% discount
• 10+ VRX = 20% discount

Music

Please note that if you want to change the audio (e.g. add your own voice-over) but want to keep using the music without using our branding, you will need a separate license for the music, which we have also licensed from third-party musicians. We are happy to provide you with the information where and how to acquire the music licenses, just ask us about this.

Review Samples

If you would like to see what our branding in the VRX looks like and how the VRX look and play on your preferred display systems (VR headset, projector, screen, etc.) then we are happy to send you watermarked review samples of our Sphaeres VR Experiences. The review samples will also help you to decide if you are happy to keep our branding and audio (Starter License) or if you want to use your own audio (Business License) or branding (Enterprise License).
